By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 30 of 2023 at Police Station - Meja, District Prayagraj, under Sections 376, 326, 323 IPC. The applicant is in jail since 21.01.2023. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 07.07.2023. The status report indicates that the matter is posted for final hearing. Considering the gravity of the offence, at this stage, no case for bail is made out. Without going into the merits of the case, the bail application is dismissed.
