Case No. 43 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 309(4) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have taken away the Almirah containing cash after tying the security staffs of Buddha Toyota, Gaya. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 6.5.2025. 5. The name of the petitioner has come in the self- inculpatory statement of one Subai Paswan and he is accused in 11 more cases of serious nature. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner though co-accused has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. 7.
