By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioners have challenged the FIR No.859 of 2021 dated 06.11.2021, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120-B, 467, 468, 471, 504 and 506 of IPC, registered with P.S. Laksar, District Haridwar. 5. It is informed by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, final report has been submitted by the Police against the petitioners on 20.08.2022, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition. 6. This fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners. 7. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present criminal writ petition is closed. 8. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
