Case No. 47 of 2025 registered for the offences under Sections 64(1), 115(2), 352, 89, 126(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 01.07.2025. 4. Considering the submission as informant aged about 25 years was admittedly in relationship with petitioner since last six years before lodging of this FIR, coupled with the fact investigation of this case is already completed, where petitioner being a man of clean antecedent remains in custody since 01.07.2025, accordingly above named petitioner, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 47 of Patna High Court CR. MISC.
