Subsequent to the grant of \ patta, she was issued pattadar passbook and title deed. It is her th further case that at the instance of respondents 5 to 7, the 4 respondent tried to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner without any notice and without following the due process of law. Aggrieved by the said action, the present writ petition is filed. 2. On perusal of the documents filed along with the writ petition, it is clear that the petitioner was assigned the subject land and she was given pattadar passbook and her name was also mutated in the revenue records. The only grievance of the petitioner that the 4‘^ respondent is 3. trying to interfere with her possession without issuing notice. On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader would submit that, if any action to be initiated against the petitioner, they would do so after putting the petitioner on notice. Taking into consideration of the submission made by the learned 4. counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the ■V 3 subject land, except in accordance with law.
