The Court: This is an application filed by the petitioner for restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 07.08.2025.

Learned Counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 4, Kolkata Municipal Corporation as well as respondent nos. 5 to 8, 10 and 11 state that they have no objection if the same is restored. For the reasons stated in the application and the concession made by the Counsel for the respondents, the present application is allowed. The writ petition is restored to its original position. Accordingly, GA 1/2025 is disposed of.
Re: WPO/410/2025 The petitioner has preferred the writ petition being aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent Municipality in not taking any action against the unauthorised construction taking place at six different properties mentioned in paragraph 4 of the writ petition. The petitioner has made respondent nos. 9 to 12 as persons responsible for carrying out the said alleged illegal and unauthorised construction. The petitioner contends that he is not sure if they are the owners of the said property. The petitioner is directed to file an affidavit disclosing his grievances including his qualification, profession and his current business activities. The petitioner shall also disclose the details of all previous writ petitions which he has filed alleging unauthorised construction along with all orders passed by this Court in those writ petitions. The petitioner shall also file list of all criminal cases which have been filed against him along with all orders passed by the High Court or by the Subordinate Courts. List on 6th November, 2025.
