JUSTICE PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR Order 18/03/2025 Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of appellant submits that the appellant has filed S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.16232/2024 against the order dated 12.10.2024 passed by the respondents by which the petitioner was suspended from the post of Pradhan, Panchayat Samiti, Chirawa, District Jhunjhunu. He further submits that the petitioner also filed stay application along with the writ petition, which is still pending for consideration [2025:RJ-JP:12047-DB] (2 of 2) [SAW-216/2025] before learned Single Judge since October, 2024. Learned Senior Counsel prayed that the learned Single Judge may be requested to decide the stay application at the earliest. Considering the limited prayer made by the learned Senior Counsel, we request the learned Single Judge to decide the stay application as early as possible. The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
