Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:23358-DB Court No. - 29 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 40983 of 2024 Petitioner :- Shailendra Kumar Singh Respondent :- Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Brij Raj Counsel for Respondent :- Pranjal Mehrotra Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Vipin Chandra Dixit,J. Petitioner had applied for allotment of retail outlet dealership with the respondent Oil Company. It is asserted that though the process was initiated in the year 2018, but the application of the petitioner has not been considered and only on an erroneous ground such application is rejected. Counsel for the respondent Oil Company states that petitioner's claim has not been rejected, rather, the claim of the petitioner would now be considered in Category-3. It is submitted that petitioner has been called upon to furnish details of the land proposed to be offered for the purpose. Notice issued to the petitioner on 14th December, 2024, has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner today in Court. Once that be so, we find that there is no grievance available to the petitioner, at this stage. In the event petitioner responds to the notice and furnishes details of land to be provided by him within 10 days from today, the respondent shall accord consideration to such claim of the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously. With the above observations/directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. Order Date :- 18.2.2025 Ranjeet Sahu Digitally signed by :- RANJEET SAHU High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
