By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief:- (I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondent no. 3 to 6 to accept the application form of the petitioner with regard to appointment on the post of Panchayat Sahayak/Accountant-cum- Data Entry Operator in village Jaidopur, Post Chhata, District Ballia and prepare new merit list after accepting form of the petitioner and till then result may not be declared. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in above regard petitioner has already made a representation on 16th July, 2024 and reminder on 12th September, 2024 but nothing has progressed in the matter. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection, in the event, direction is issued for disposal of representation of the petitioner within a time bound period. 5. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Competent Authority concerned look into the grievance of the petitioner as has been raised in his representation dated 16th July, 2024 regarding his prayer to accept his application for appointment on the post of Panchayat Sahayak/Accountant-cum- Date Entry Operator in village Jaidopur, Post Chhata, District Ballia at the time when the selection is finalized, and take appropriate decision in accordance with law.
