The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus commanding Sub Divisional Magistrate, Handia, District Prayagraj to decide the application dated 07.06.2018. 3. A perusal of the record shows that the said application was filed under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code-2006 and although certain endorsement has been made in the margin thereof, it does not reflect as to whether the same was ever allotted any computerized number and as to whether further proceedings, if any, were held in accordance with the U.P. Revenue Code-2006. 4. Learned Standing Counsel shall obtain instructions from Sub Divisional Magistrate, Handia, District Prayagraj as regards status of the aforesaid application and, in case the same has been filed in accordance with law, and is there in the office of Sub Divisional Magistrate, computerized number shall be allotted to the same. 5.
