1. This is an application for reduction of surety amount and for release of the applicant on unfurnishing personal bond with surety to the satisfaction of the trial Court on the ground that applicant is unable to furnish personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-.
2. The Court takes note that the learned Predecessor Bench, vide order dated 01.04.2025, granted bail to the applicant, subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court/JMFC/Duty Judicial Magistrate, further subject to various conditions.
