Misc. petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 16.06.2023, passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge V, Gopalganj, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1920 of 2021. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter relates to the Matrimonial dispute between the parties and the petitioner wants mediation in this case for settlement of the dispute. He further submits that this case may be disposed of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54278 of 2023(2) dt.13-11-2025 2/2 with the liberty to the petitioner to take steps in the trial court for mediation/conciliation between the parties. 4. Learned APP for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner. 5. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Cr.
