At this stage, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, learned AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1 and seeks time to have instructions and/or to file written response in the matter. Service upon respondent No.2 in due course. Posted for 18.02.2025. In the meanwhile, petitioner shall join the proceedings before learned trial Court and upon doing so, he be released on interim bail, in the present case, till the next date of hearing, on furnishing adequate bail and surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial Court/CJM/Duty Magistrate. Pendency of the present petition be not construed as stay of the proceedings before learned trial Court in any manner.
