In this petition, petitioner has alleged non-compliance of interim order passed by this Court on 01.07.2015, whereby it was provided that the petitioner will have rights for having interaction with his minor child, namely, Jishan Arora on every Sunday at the residence of the petitioner and respondent to deliver custody of the minor child- Jishan Arora to the petitioner for the said purpose on every Sunday by 9 am and petitioner to deliver back the custody of minor to respondent by 7 pm. 02. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the writ petition preferred by the petitioner has been decided finally vide order dated 02.02.2018, as such, interim order dated 01.07.2015 has been merged with the final order passed. Sr.No. 36 2 CP104 4/2015 in OW104 NO. 99/2015 03. Faced with aforesaid petition, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the instant contempt petition.
