Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:38378-DB Court No. - 29 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 7265 of 2025 Petitioner :- Mohd. Shahid Hafiz Khan @ S.H. Khan Respondent :- Union Of India And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Fatma Khatoon Counsel for Respondent :- A.S.G.I.,Bal Mukund Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bal Mukund,
learned counsel for the respondents. Petitioner is aggrieved by a communication dated 3.10.2024, whereby he has been called upon to deposit the balance license fee. Records reveal that the enhancement of license fee has already been challenged by the petitioner in pending Writ No.42003 of
2023. The impugned communication is only a consequence of the previous decision to enhance the rent. Once that be so remedy of the petitioner would be by moving an appropriate application in the pending writ to seek interim protection. A fresh writ would not lie only in respect of the consequential action. Writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed.
