By this petition, petitioners herein have invoked supervisory jurisdiction of this Court vested under Article 227 of the Constitution, thereby challenging order dated 30.10.2025 passed by Court of learned Sub-Judge/Special Railway Magistrate, Jammu, by virtue of which the application filed by the petitioners seeking appointment of Commissioner to conduct on spot inspection to ascertain the actual position of the property in dispute, has been dismissed. 02. Mr. Sachin Dogra, learned counsel for respondents has produced copy of judgment/order dated 11.11.2025, whereby the suit preferred by the petitioner has already been dismissed. Same is taken on record. He further submits that since the suit has been dismissed, as such, the instant petition has become infructuous. 03.
