Prabhakara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents. 2. Being aggrieved by the action of the respondents, in proposing to assign the petitioners’ lands in an extent of Ac.1.10 cents, Ac.0.61 cents, Ac.0.61 cents in Sy. No.31/6 and 133 of Baduguvanilanka Village of Alamuru Mandal, East Godavari District, and in order to allot the same to the 2 beneficiaries of the scheme viz, “Navaratnalu Pedalandiriki Illu”, the instant Writ Petition is filed. 3. During the course of the arguments, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed on record a copy of the instructions received by him from the Tahsildar, dated 21.02.2025. A perusal of the same would reveal that the proposal, if any, for acquisition of the subject land made earlier is now dropped. It further reveals that at present no land, in respect of the subject survey numbers is proposed for any government schemes. 4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
