Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 24.12.2024, at about 10.30pm, while the Hidden Spark Family Restaurant was being closed, A1 along with other accused came and asked to serve food. When the de facto complainant informed them that no food was left to serve, all the accused went into the kitchen of the restaurant and argued, and A1 along with others attacked the Chef and hit him on the head with a bear bottle, causing bleeding injuries. 3. Heard. Perused the record. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that A1, A3 and A4 in the present crime were already enlarged on regular bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that by this time most of the investigation might have been completed and hence, prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5. On the other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail. 6. Considering the submissions made and on perusal of the material on record, it is alleged against the petitioner herein is that he has attacked the complainant party by using bear bottle. In the light of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein. 7. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
