The present application has been filed with a prayer for allowing impleadment of the new Managing Director, Manipur Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. Viz. Ngangbam Roman Singh, MFS as respondent No. 2 in the connected Cont.Cas(C)No. 95 of 2024. It has been submitted by the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner that the above named, new Managing Director has been posted after transferring out the earlier incumbent and as such impleadment of the said new Managing Director in the connected contempt case is necessary for further proceeding of the pending contempt case. In view of the submission made above, this Court is of the considered view that impleadment of the new incumbent as respondent No. 2 in the connected Contempt Case(C) No. 95 of 2024 is necessary, accordingly, the present application is allowed.
