Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition has been preferred by the Ayurveda Medical College against reduction of intake Digitally signed by RAMESH KUMAR VATTI Date: 2025.08.14 20:16:59 +0530 2 capacity pertaining academic session 2020-21 by the respondent No. 1. He further submits that the academic session 2020-21 has already come to an end and the students have passed their respective examinations, therefore, this petition may kindly be disposed of making observation that studies pursued by the students shall not be affected by the withdrawal of this petition. 2. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respective respondents submit that as the academic session 2020-21 has already expired, therefore, this petition may be disposed of. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 4. Taking into consideration the submissions made hereinabove, this petition is hereby being disposed of making an observation that the students who have pursued their studies, their studies would not be affected in any manner as the academic session 2020-21 has already come to an end. 5.
