Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that let there be a direction to the respondents to follow the circular instructions issued by the respondent No.1 to follow the G.O.Ms.No.8 dated 07.02.2015 and the letter issued by the respondent No.1 dated 12.02.2015.
4. Learned Standing Counsel would submit that the Court appropriate orders. may pass
5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ petition is disposed of. However, the respondent-authorities are directed to follow the Government Orders which were issued from time to time and also the circular instructions of the respondent No.1 for allowed the duties to the Drivers TIM Services. No order as to costs. as Conductors for Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
