Heard Mr. Dr. Vishnu Pandey, learned counsel for petitioner who appeared through video conferencing and learned AGA. 2. Corpus who is present before this Court, produced by S.I. Krishna Kumar Kashyap and Constable Hemlata posted at P.S. Kaharigate, District Fatehgarh. 3. Statement of corpus has already been recorded on dated 10.01.2025 wherein it has been stated by corpus herself that she wants to go and live with petitioner no.2/her husband. 4. In sofar as service of notice upon respondent no.5/father of corpus is concerned, one information was given by him in writing to the concerned police station that being ill, he is in position to attend the Court, meaning thereby, notice upon respondent no.5 has already been served. The said information has been apprised to this Court by learned AGA. 5. In pursuance of the statement of corpus herself recorded on dated 10.01.2025, S.I. Krishna Kumar Kashyap and Constable Hemlata are directed to handover the custody of corpus forthwith to petitioner no.2, namely, Sahil Gupta s/o Pankaj Gupta, r/o 2/107, Ganesh Prasad Street, Sahabganj, Farrukhabad, U.P., after due identification by learned counsel for petitioner. 6. Mr. Dr. Vishnu Pandey, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that identification of petitioner no.2 shall be made by Sri Shashank Dubey, Advocate who appeared on behalf of petitioner physically in the Court. 7.
