The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondent no.2-Additional Commissioner Judicial (First) Varanasi Mandal Varanasi to decide the appeal No. 1981 of 2023 (Computerized Case No. C202314000001981) (Ravindra Kumar Versus Vijay Bahadur Singh) under Section 207 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously. 3. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the respondent(s) to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the respondent(s) feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2-Additional Commissioner Judicial (First) Varanasi Mandal Varanasi to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, unless there is no legal impediment.
