Sri Ganesh Kuamr Verma along with Sri Jayant Rai, Advocates, filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos. 5 and 6 is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. The present Habeas Corpus Writ Petition has been filed to issue a direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus thereby to direct the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 to produce the corpus petitioner no. 2 before this Hon'ble Court from illegal custody of respondent nos. 5 and 6. 4. In pursuance of the order dated 10.12.2024, today, the corpus has been brought before this Court by S.I.-Sri Nand Lal Prasad and also demand draft of Rs.25,000/- has been handed over to her by learned counsel for petitioners. 5. On being queried, corpus stated that she is willing to pursue her life along with her husband petitioner no. 1 being husband and wife, with her free will with sound mind. 6. In view of the statement recorded by the corpus herself, S.I.-Sri Nand Lal Prasad is hereby directed to handover the custody of corpus to petitioner no. 1 (husband of corpus) forthwith after verifying his identity through his counsel. S.I.-Sri Nand Lal Prasad is also hereby requested to protect the couple from Prayagraj to their native place situated at Police Station-Rasra, District-Ballia. 7. The Police Commissioner, Prayagraj Commissionerate is hereby directed to provide one lady Constable along with one Sub- Inspector for protecting the couple from Prayagraj to their native place along with S.I.-Sri Nand Lal Prasad. 8. Registrar (Compliance) is hereby directed to ensure service of this order upon the Police Commissioner, Prayagraj Commissionerate by 5 PM till the protection will be extended by the Police Commissioner, Prayagraj Commissionerate, the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 may be accommodated in safe place at Nazarat Section of Allahabad High Court. 9.
