This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the court concern to decide the Restoration application dated 6.11.2024 filed against the order dated 30.9.2023, passed by respondent no.2 in Case No.8853/2023, (Devendra Vs. Mukhram) under section 38(1) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pending before the court of respondent no.2, within such reasonable time." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid restoration application is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. Since the aforesaid restoration application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid restoration application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
