None appears for the petitioners on call. 2. The petitioner No. 1 is Tata Institute of Social Sciences (Institute) and petitioner No. 2 is the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) of the said Institute. 3. The grievance raised in this writ petition is that there is some dispute between the management of petitioner No. 1 and some of the faculty members relating to service conditions. A few of the students who are unconnected with such dispute have got themselves entangled in the matter and thereafter are trying to disrupt the academic environment within the Institute campus. It the further case of the petitioners that they had also tried to obstruct recently concluded admission process. Petitioners had represented before the district administration as well as police authorities for assistance. But notwithstanding the same, the said group of students is continuously disturbing the normal functioning of the Institute. 4. Mr. K. Gogoi, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate, Assam referring to the paragraph 4 of the affidavit-in-opposition filed by the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, Jalukbari Division, Guwahati (West), contends that on 03.04.2018, the management of Tata Institute of Social Science informed police vide letter dated 03.04.2018 that some students and members of contractual faculty had organized demonstration and dharna and prevented the admission process from being started. After receipt of such information, Officer-in-Charge, Jalukbari Police Station, In-Charge Jalukbari Out-Post visited the campus and due to the presence of the police and Circle Officer, the situation became normal and Page No.# 5/5 the admission process could be resumed. 5.
