At the outset, learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioners are presently residing in Rajasthan and there is no threat to the lives of the petitioners and the petitioner's counsel does not dispute this fact. 3. The instant petition is dismissed having become infructuous. 4. In future, if the petitioners apprehends any threat to their lives and property, they may approach the respondent no. 2 to seek protection. After afresh evaluation of the threat to the S.P. concerned for assessment, the respondent no. 2 may accordingly take adequate measure, with the aforesaid observations, the instant petition is disposed of.
