Dr. R Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the challenge to the impugned order of transfer has been challenged on the ground that the same has been issued before the completion of normal tenure of 3(three) years, which by now, has almost completed. Therefore, he submits that the Writ Petition may be closed. Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the impugned transfer order has been challenged on the ground that the petitioner has been sought to be transferred before completion of normal tenure of 3(three) years, there may not have any live issue to be determined.
