Challenging the proceedings of the respondents in acquiring the petitioners’ agricultural lands admeasuring in an extent of Ac.4.09 cents in Sy. No.335/1 & 2 and 336/1, at Kothapet Village and Mandal, East Godavari 2 District, in order to allot subject land to the beneficiaries of the government scheme viz, “Navaratnalu Pedalandiriki Illu”, the instant Writ Petition is filed. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader attached to the Office of the learned Additional Advocate General, has placed on record a copy of the instructions received by him from the Tahsildar, dated 21.02.2025. A perusal of the same would reflect that at present there is no need for acquisition of these lands and the notification that was issued for acquisition has lapsed. 4. In that view of the matter, it is stated by the learned counsel that no further orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition. 5. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
