Sri Vinod Rai, is present in Court. His personal appearance is exempted. The interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 26.03.2025 passed by this Court is confirmed. The applicant shall remain on bail on same terms and conditions as given in earlier interim order dated 26.03.2025 during pendency of trial. The last paragraph of the order dated 26.03.2025 shall not be read against the informant. Bail application is allowed.
