The petitioners were absconding and they were arrested only on 10.08.2024 and thereafter charge was framed on 25.10.2024 in Session Trial No. 78 of 2019, a separate trial, which has not proceeded further. In the other trial, statement of PW-2 i.e. the victim, is still not concluded. 3. In the aforesaid circumstances, since the applicants were absconding and they were arrested only on 10.08.2024 and now the trial will proceed against them. Therefore, while rejecting this bail application, it is observed that the applicants will have a liberty to approach this Court again, after the statement of victim is recorded or after reasonable period.
