Para No.5(c) reads as follows: (c) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is suffering from severe medical ailments, hence he seeks to modify the condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.
