SREENIVASA REDDY Criminal Petition No.2703 of 2025 Qrdgr : This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioners/A2 and A3, seeking anticipatory ba'll, in connection with Crime No.117 of 2025 of Prohibition and Excise Station, Rajamahendravaram-South, East Godavari district, 2. A case has been registered against the petitioners herein and another for the offence punishable under section 7-B read with 8-B of the A.P. Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2020. 3. Case of the prosecution is that on 21.02.2025, at about 04.00 pM, the Prohibit'lon and Excise Inspector, ESTF, RaJ-amahendraVaram, along with her staff and mediators, proceeded to left side of 4 roads junction in front of the road leading to Wambay houses to Morampudi in Hukumpeta village of RajamahendraVaram Rural mandal and found Al in possession of 20 litres of ID liquor. Al confessed that A2 and A3 were selling the ID I'lquor through him. After lifting sample, the contraband was seized under cover of a mediators report and a case has been registered against the accused, 4. Heard.
