Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Bank and learned Standing Counsel. 3. This writ petition was filed for quashing of the impugned Recovery Notice dated 08.11.2024 by which Rs. 1,58,199/- (One Lakh Fifty Eight Thousand One Hundred Ninety Nine) were being sought to be recovered. 4. Learned counsel for the Bank has however submitted that as against the amount demanded, under one time settlement, Rs. 1,00,000/- (One Lakh) only were sought to be recovered from the petitioner and this one time settlement has been entered into between the parties on 14.12.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that 75 days time has also been given to the petitioner to deposit the entire amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (One Lakh). 6.
