Revenue Code, 2006 as well as Restoration Application dated 9-11-2023 filed by respondent no.4 as case No.RST/2930/2021 Computer Case No.T202114180302930 (Gram Sabha vs. Hari Narayan) u/s 67 of U.P Revenue Code, 2006 pending before Respondent No.2/Tehsil (Judicial) Division Varanasi Tehsil Sakaldiha, District Chandauli. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus a direct the respondent No.2 to remove the illegal encroachment upon Khasra No.141/0.1580 Hectare recorded in revenue record as Public Pathway who has illegally encroached by respondent no.4 and taken legal action against the respondent no.4. 3. Prayer made in the writ petition for expeditious disposal of the proceedings. 4. Objection has been raised by the learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner is not party to the proceedings and therefore, the proceedings cannot be expedited. 5.
