Petitioners were running a Petrol Pumb in the name and style of “M/s Kamboj Filling Station” in District Haridwar. The said Petrol Pump is now closed on account of some dispute between the partners. 4. According to petitioners, they have deposited a sum of ₹25,68,399/- with Haridwar Roorkee Development Authority, as development fee, which needs to be refunded to them. 5. Mr. V.K. Kohli, learned Senior Counsel appearing for respondent, however, points out that HRDA is not impleaded as party to the writ petition. 6. Having regard to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting petitioners to approach the Competent Authority in the Haridwar Roorkee Development Authority, by making application. If petitioners make such application, the same shall be dealt with, as per law.
