Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:46198 Court No. - 4 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 19393 of 2024 Petitioner :- Deepak Rana And 2 Others Respondent :- State of U.P. and Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Aniruddh Pandey,Ashish Srivastava Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J.
1. Heard Sri Ashish Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for a writ of certiorari to question the final answer key dated 30.10.2024 regarding answers of question no.36, 59 and 121 of question paper of first shift examination held on 23.08.2024 and question no.67, 97, 105 and 147 of question paper on 25.08.2024 (first shift).
3. Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instruction in the matter as per which the petitioner no.1 failed to apply for objections when the objection tracker was made live in respect of the first shift of the question paper. In so far as the petitioner nos.2 is concerned the objection to question no.67, option (A) was held to be the correct answer by the team of experts. However, petitioner no.2 did not apply for any objection as to question nos.97 and 105. In so far as petitioner no.3 is concerned, he also failed to file any objection when the objection tracker was made live.
4. It is next submitted that petitioner no.1 has been selected as he has found place in the final select list and in so far as petitioner nos.2 and 3 are concerned, it is submitted that objections though were claimed to have been filed, however he could not
demonstrate from any of the documents that objections were submitted by these petitioners online (petitioner no.2 for question nos.97 and 105 and petitioner no.3). The select list was finally declared and experts have already expressed their view regarding correct option given in the final answer key.
4. In such above view of the matter, I do not find any good ground to interfere in the final answer key published on 30.10.2024.
5. Writ petition fails and is, accordingly, dismissed. Order Date :- 3.4.2025 Deepika Digitally signed by :- DEEPIKA SINGH High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
