Instructions placed today are taken on record and a copy thereof is also supplied to counsel for petitioner. 2. Heard Shri Laloo Yadav, learned counsel for petitioner and Ms. Pooja Agarwal, learned counsel for respondent. 3. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent to conduct review medical examination afresh. 4. According to the petitioner review medical examination was not held by hospitalizing him as per the relevant guidelines prescribed for that purpose. 5. Learned counsel for respondent on the contrary has obtained instructions in the matter and as per the instructions petitioner was duly hospitalized at CHSSB Purnea at Bathnaha a government hospital where his regular check up of blood pressure was done during this period his blood pressure ranged between 150/80 and he was discharged from the hospital on 14.10.2024. Learned Standing Counsel further submits that in identical set of fact the petition filed by one Vikas Kumar being Writ A No. 20944 of 2024 has been dismissed vide order dated 17.03.2025. 6. Thus, as per the instructions petitioner was duly hospitalized and therefore, petitioner cannot take a stand that guidelines were not followed. Now the final result have been declared in respect of the selection of 2023 examination in U.P. Police on 13.03.2025 7. In view of the above, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter.
