Case No. 62 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302/120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Palamau 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 9361 of 2024 by order dated 12.11.2024. 4. On 07.02.2024 at about 02:30 pm, petitioner along with the co-accused Monti Pandey @ Monty Pandey entered into the house of the informant. It is alleged that the petitioner shot the mother of the informant, due to which, she succumbed to her injuries. 5. Considering the fact that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he had shot the mother of the informant, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
