This application has been filed by the applicants for quashing the impugned charge sheet dated 16.02.2024 and the impugned cognizance/summoning order dated 03.06.2024 passed by Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Court No.2, Meerut in Case No.11100 of 2024 (State Vs. Saurav and another) arising out of Case Crime No. 0051 of 2023 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Meerut and as well as the entire proceedings of Case No.11100 of 2024 (State Vs. Saurav and another) arising out of Case Crime No. 0051 of 2023 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Meerut, pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Court No.2, Meerut. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that present case arises out of a matrimonial dispute and parties have settled the matrimonial dispute which has been recorded in the order dated 15.7.2025 passed by the Supreme Court in Transfer Petition (Civil) No. 3261 of 2023 (Taniya Singhal Vs. Saurav Saraf) in paragraph no. 8(v) in which the present criminal proceedings have already been quashed. Paragraph no. 8(v) is quoted hereinbelow:- "(v) Crl. Misc Case No. 41882 of 2024 filed by the respondent titled as Saurav Saraf & Another vs. State of U.P. and Another before Allahabad High Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of the FIR which is pending for consideration shall stand quashed." 4. In view of the fact that present proceedings have been quashed by the Supreme Court, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of in terms of the order dated 15.7.2025 passed by the Supreme Court in Transfer Petition (Civil) No. 3261 of 2023 (Taniya Singhal Vs.
