Sri Ashish Dwivedi, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has not granted any opportunity to confront the outcome of inquiry committee as well as according to his instructions, even after 3 months, no charge sheet has been handed over to him as well as approval of suspension order is being granted by D.I.O.S. concerned after filing of this writ petition. 3. Learned counsel further submits that in impugned suspension order, no reason has been assigned. 4. Sri Sandeep, learned counsel for respondents submits that no charge sheet has been handed over to petitioner till date. 5. In aforesaid circumstances, Court takes note of submission of learned counsel for petitioner that firstly, impugned suspension order has not assigned any reason. Even no allegation is mentioned in said order as well as secondly, no charge sheet has been handed over to petitioner, however, since now D.I.O.S. has approved suspension order which is not under challenge, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in case no charge sheet is provided to petitioner within 2 weeks from today and after reply inquiry is not concluded within 3 weeks thereafter, impugned suspension order will be considered to be kept in abeyance. 6. 6. The Management will forward the papers for subsistence allowance, if already not forwarded to D.I.O.S. concerned within a week, on which, the D.I.O.S. will undertake subsequent steps for payment, if there is no legal impediment.
