By means of the impugned order dated 22.10.2024 passed by the respondent No.3-Assistant Commissioner and Assistant Registrar, Cooperative, District-Siddharth Nagar the petitioner has been restrained effectively from functioning as the Secretary of the Cooperative Society. The petitioner is facing serious charges of financial irregularities and embezzlement. A departmental enquiry is on foot and an F.I.R. has also been lodged in regard to the same. No cause for interference is made out. The writ petition is dismissed. However, the enquiry shall be completed preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
