CORAM :THE CHIEF JUSTICE DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR SRI JUSTICE RAVI CHEEMALAPATI DATE ; 13th August 2025 PC : The issue that was raised in the present petition was with regard to the illegal construction raised in the prohibited area, which is a green zone next to the river Krishna. Certain constructions are stated to have been raised in regard to which the Mangalagiri - Tadepalli Municipal Corporation is stated to have already issued notices, which have since been challenged and on which, interim directions have been passed by the learned single Judge of this Court.
2 HCJ & RC, J W.P. (PIL)No;35 of 2023 In view of the fact that action has already been taken and the matter is further action needs to be taken in the present petition. The subjudice, no WP(PIL) is, accordingly, closed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
