By this petition, the petitioner essentially seeks quashing of the FIR registered vide FIR No.34(2) 2022 dated 8th February, 2022 with the Sardar Police Station. Serial No.03 Daily List 2026:MLHC:146 3. Learned AAG on instructions of Mr. M.K. Rai, S.I. earlier attached with Sardar Police Station and now with Rynjah Police Station states that the Police have filed a closure report since they have found insufficient evidence against the petitioner during the course of investigation and that the same has been communicated to the complainant. The learned AAG has tendered a photo copy of the police report evidencing the same. The same is taken on record and marked ‘X’ for identification. 4. In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned AAG on instructions and the said photo copy of the closure report tendered today, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. 5.
