Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.0242 of 2024 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Phaphund, District-Auraiya. 3. We have examined the record and perused the impugned FIR. Suffice to indicate that there is no such inordinate delay in the investigation of the case so as to direct the Investigating Office to expedite the same. We further find that the petitioner has no locus to press such relief before this Court for expediting the investigation of the case. As such, we do not find it a fit case to intervene and direct the I.O. for expeditious conclusion of the investigation. 4. The instant writ petition is consigned to record.
