1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0148 dated 09.10.2024, registered under Sections 326, 324, 323, 148, 149 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sadar Bathinda, District Bathinda.
2. Vide order dated 19.12.2024 passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join investigation.
3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has submitted that that the petitioner has joined investigation on 08.07.2025 and he is not required for custodial interrogation.
4. Keeping in view of the above mentioned facts and circumstances, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 19.12.2024, granting interim bail to NISHA 2025.07.11 09.41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
