This application has been filed in respect of I.A.(Criminal) No.74/2025. 3. On 08.04.2025 this Court had suspended the sentence imposed upon the applicant but he was not allowed to go on bail. 4. Today after hearing the learned counsel for both the sides, it is hereby directed that the applicant Md. Sarifuddin Sk. @ Sorifuddin Sk. @ Md. Sarifuddin Ahmed who was convicted by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chirang in PRC Case No.143/2021 shall be released on bail of Rs.20,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chirang. 5.
