Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner has submitted that the order dated 13.11.2018 be recalled as the grievances of the applicant-petitioner have not been met and further the applicant-petitioner seeks to withdraw the main contempt petition with liberty to institute appropriate proceedings for the redressal of her grievances. 3. Present contempt petition has been filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for willfull and intentional disobedience the order dated 09.11.2012 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Division Bench of this Court. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to institute appropriate proceedings for the redressal of her grievances. 3. Dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not opined on the merits of any such proceedings which the petitioner proposes to institute and it would be open to all the parties concerned to raise all pleas in the same in accordance with law.
