2. In this review petition, petitioner is assailing the
order dated 04.01.2024 passed in RPFC No.200064/2023.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that, against the impugned order at Annexure-A, Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No(s).60126/2024 was filed and the Hon’ble Supreme Court reserved liberty to the review petitioner for modification of the amount of maintenance.

4. Having taken note of the submission made by
learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner and as the parties are residing separately and that apart, petitioner herein is working as a Junior Engineer (Electrical) GESCOM and respondent No.1 is being unmarried daughter of the review petitioner herein, I am of the view that no interference is called for in this review petition. In that view of the matter, there is no error apparent on the face of the record in the impugned order passed at Annexure-A.
Accordingly, review petition is dismissed.
