The instant petition under Section 528 of the BNSS 2023 has been filed being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities for not concluding the investigation and not filing the supplementary charge-sheet against all the remaining accused persons in terms of provisions of Section 173 (8) of the Cr.P.C. 2.
